Thalay La is a journey of 7 to 9 days and this spectacular excursion take place in Shigar and Khaplu valley.The adventurers traveling via a beautiful valleys ,awesome villages and will aware about the rich cultural Khaplu Thalay. The elevation of Thalay La is 4795m and from the top we can see the mighty mountain of Karakoram K2 if we get the clear weather. Thalay Valley is in Ghanche, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan, on the bank of Shyok River, The Shyok River meets Indus River at Keris about 30 kilometers west of Thalay. House Valley is to the east, Karis Valley to the west, Shiger Valley to the north and Daghuni/Balghar are located to the south. Thalay Valley is 40km long while its width is approximately 20km and 110km from Skardu city and The main occupation is agriculture

Itinerary

Arrival Islamabad

welcome in Islamabad International Airport and transfer to Hotel.

Islamabad to Skardu by Air /by Road

early morning at Airport to fly Skardu (Depends on weather) and if flight will be cancel than start journey in land Traveling.

Rest Day in Skardu/ Arrived in Skardu via by road

after arrival we will go for sight seeing in Skardu city and incase no flight the day will be used for land traveling to skardu from Islamabad.

Skardu to Khaplu

Drive to khaplu passing via small villages of Ghanche District and stay overnight at Hotel in Khaplu.

Khaplu to Thalay Broq

early morning we will drive towards Thalay Broq via passing thalay villages ann its small Muhalas and stay overnight camping in Broq.

Thalay Broq to Dubla Khan

after breakfast at thalay Broq we will start trek via beautiful green meadows reached at Dubla Khan Camp point

Dubla Khan to High Camp

trek from Dubla Khan to high camp with the elevation of 4180m and we will seeing the glacier streams and stay over night.

High Camp to Thala La /Camp3

we will reached at the top of Thalay La after trekking 2 3 hours spend some short time over the top and will down to Camp 3 and stay.

Camp 3 to Shigar Valley

after passing the awesome pastures we will down in shigar valley and get the jeep and back in skardu city at Hotel.

Skardu to fly Back in Islamabad

after reached in Islamabad airport transfer to hotel and after lunch go for sightseeing of the Capital of Pakistan.

Contingency day incase of travel By Road

if we cannot fly due to a bed weather or flight cancel in any reason have to travel via by road from Skardu to Islamabad.

Islamabad to Fly back Home

after breakfast transfer at airport to fly back to Home and end of our services.

2. Cancellation and Refund policy:

At Hassan Sadpara Treks and Tours, we aim to provide our clients with memorable and seamless experiences for our clients. However, we understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policy below:

Cancellation Timeline:

- Clients may cancel their trip or expedition up to one month before the scheduled start of documentation without incurring any cancellation fees. - After this one-month period and up to the start of documentation, cancellations will not be accepted, except in the case of a natural disaster or emergency situation that prevents the client from participating in the trip. - Cancellations made within one month (30 days) after the advance payment, which constitutes 30% of the total cost of the trip, will not be eligible for a refund, except in the case of a natural disaster or emergency situation. - In the event of a natural disaster, medical emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the client's control, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Clients must provide documentation or proof of the situation to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of the trip. - If a cancellation is permitted based on the criteria outlined above, eligible clients will receive a refund of 50% of the advance payment (which is 30% of the total trip cost), minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Hassan Sadpara Treks and Tours in preparation for the trip. - Clients must provide documentation or proof of the situation to be eligible for the partial refund.

Refund Process:

- Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment and may take days/weeks/months to reflect in the client's account.
